Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Execution: Lead the analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that influence strategic decision-making.
- Advanced Visualization: Design and develop interactive, high-performance dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to understand business objectives and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Modeling & Forecasting: Build predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast market trends, customer behavior, and revenue projections.
- Process Optimization: Streamline data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across the organization.
- Communication: Present analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience creating dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
- Statistical Knowledge: Deep understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, regression analysis, and data mining techniques.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
