Responsibilities
- Data Acquisition & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for growth.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop intuitive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to present data to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Strategic Insight: Translate raw data into strategic roadmaps and business recommendations to support executive decision-making processes.
- Database Management: Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize database queries and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress against business goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide technical support for analytical projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or financial sector.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive insights from ambiguous datasets.
