Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business requirements and translate them into complex data models.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex datasets for stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
- Extract, clean, and transform massive datasets from various sources using SQL and Python (Pandas).
- Communicate complex findings and data trends to non-technical audiences through clear, compelling visual reports.
- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert-level experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (ETL/ELT processes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
