Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that drive strategic decision-making and performance reviews.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and implement automated solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries), Python or R for data manipulation, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization: Expert level experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail with a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
