Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex data sets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into analytical models.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Ensure data governance standards and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and experience with relational databases.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
