Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Advanced Analysis: Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing data processes and propose automated solutions to streamline workflows.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python/R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Expert knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
