Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Develop advanced dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering) to define data requirements.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Present findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
