Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines to ensure real-time data accuracy
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and storytelling
- Optimize data collection processes to enhance analytics efficiency and quality
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects to support strategic business initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analytics experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and Python/R
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
