Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and schemas to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Dashboard Creation: Build interactive, high-impact dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth within massive datasets.
- Reporting & Insights: Translate technical findings into compelling, non-technical narratives that guide executive decision-making.
- Database Management: Optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure real-time data availability.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R, and Excel (VBA/Advanced formulas).
- Visualization Tools: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
