Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create compelling visualizations and presentations that communicate insights to stakeholders
- Implement data validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability of analyses
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects to support strategic initiatives
- Optimize data collection methodologies to improve quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
