In this role, you will act as the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making, ensuring our stakeholders have the insights they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Perform Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop Dashboards: Design and maintain interactive visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct complex statistical analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying; experience with Python or R is highly preferred.
- Visualization: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
