Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Build and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity across the organization.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python for data manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business language.
