Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract and manipulate large, complex datasets.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor real-time KPIs and performance metrics.
- Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to support business strategy and forecasting.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define metrics, track user engagement, and optimize conversion funnels.
- Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear reports and executive presentations.
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure accuracy of reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical thinking with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate data for non-technical audiences.
