Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex data analysis projects to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis on large datasets to support A/B testing and product roadmap decisions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders through executive presentations and written reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Experience with cloud data warehousing (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
