Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks and visualizations
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to drive strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
- Create executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI and automate reporting workflows
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and experimental design for product optimization
- Maintain data quality standards and implement governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of driving business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries highly valued
