Responsibilities
- Develop advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and business metrics
- Design statistical models to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and efficiency
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to measure campaign performance and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven high-impact results
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and dashboard design
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Demonstrable ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
