Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare claims, EHR, and patient satisfaction datasets to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive leadership and clinical teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create statistical models to forecast patient volume and optimize resource allocation
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects supporting strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with healthcare industry background
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts
- Expertise in Tableau or Power BI with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Strong statistical modeling skills (regression, clustering, time series)
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation
- Certification in healthcare data analytics (e.g., CDIP, CHDA) a plus
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical insights for non-technical audiences
