Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Develop statistical models to forecast future trends and support business planning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
