Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time insights
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
