Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Data Engineering: Clean, validate, and preprocess large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales) to define data requirements and deliver high-quality, actionable insights.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Create comprehensive reports and statistical models to forecast future performance and support strategic planning.
- Process Optimization: Identify manual processes and automate them using scripting languages to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Proven experience creating visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into non-technical business insights.
