Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform complex data cleaning, modeling, and statistical analysis to support business initiatives and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to identify data requirements and define success metrics.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors in data entry.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for querying and data extraction.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and advanced analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts effectively.
