Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, and Excel to ensure high data quality.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Executive leadership to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize data findings and present them to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Develop and maintain data models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and willing to work in Las Vegas, NV.
