Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, correlations, and patterns within the data.
- Visualization: Develop intuitive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- SQL Development: Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and manage data within our relational databases.
- Business Intelligence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
- Documentation: Document data pipelines, analytical processes, and methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving business problems through data.
