Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define data requirements for business reporting.
- Design and implement data models: Develop robust data architectures and pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility across the organization.
- Create interactive dashboards: Build and maintain compelling visualizations in Tableau and PowerBI to monitor trends and performance metrics in real-time.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, and insights that drive strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data quality: Implement data validation processes and perform regular audits to maintain the integrity of our data warehouse.
- Communicate findings: Present complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the technology or retail sector is a plus.
