Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure high data quality and integrity for analysis.
- Design and develop complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and drive product roadmap decisions.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience writing complex queries.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
