Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases and ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis to support forecasting, budgeting, and risk assessment initiatives.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences through clear reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (including advanced querying and joins) and experience with Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
