What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models and database architectures to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Perform rigorous data cleansing and transformation using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to present key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Create comprehensive reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for querying and data extraction.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Advanced experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
