Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance SLAs
- Lead migration projects from on-premises to hybrid cloud environments
- Implement robust security frameworks and compliance protocols (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Monitor system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in cloud engineering with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices (CIS Benchmarks)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
