Responsibilities
- Drive Decision-Making: Design and develop complex data models to support key business initiatives and provide high-level insights to executive stakeholders.
- Visualization: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI that allow non-technical teams to understand complex datasets.
- Data Integrity: Establish and maintain rigorous data governance protocols to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Reporting: Produce regular performance reports and ad-hoc analyses that guide strategic planning and operational adjustments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytics role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive meaningful conclusions from large datasets.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business value for diverse audiences.
- Tools: Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is highly preferred.
