Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis of equity options pricing, volatility, and open interest data to identify market trends.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex financial metrics for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers to model derivative performance and assess risk exposure.
- Automate data pipelines using Python and SQL to ensure real-time data accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management regarding market forecasts and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis within the financial services sector, preferably with options trading data.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of equity options, derivatives, and general financial market mechanics.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
