Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets related to equity options and market trends.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to support ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Design interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize financial performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on market volatility and pricing models.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Present findings and insights to senior management in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of financial markets, specifically equity options.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
