Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quantitative models for equity options pricing and risk assessment.
- Analyze large-scale market datasets to identify trends, patterns, and arbitrage opportunities in options chains.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations (using Tableau or PowerBI) to communicate complex market data to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers to refine algorithmic trading strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure data integrity and perform rigorous quality checks on financial datasets.
- Document methodologies and present findings in a clear, professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Deep understanding of financial derivatives, option pricing theory (e.g., Black-Scholes), and volatility surfaces.
- Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
