Responsibilities
- Analyze equity options pricing models using statistical and machine learning techniques
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for real-time market data ingestion
- Build interactive dashboards to visualize options Greeks, implied volatility surfaces, and risk metrics
- Collaborate with traders to validate pricing assumptions and identify arbitrage opportunities
- Present complex analytics to senior stakeholders through executive-level reports
- Optimize Black-Scholes and binomial tree models for exotic derivatives pricing
- Monitor market microstructure patterns to enhance algorithmic trading signals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in quantitative finance or equity options analysis
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Strong understanding of options pricing theory (Black-Scholes, Monte Carlo methods)
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Spotfire)
- Knowledge of volatility modeling and term structure analysis
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (SEC, FINRA) for derivatives reporting
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-technical audiences
