Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Reporting: Create detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Forecasting: Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making and future business planning.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and database schemas.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
