Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL pipelines and data models to support business reporting.
- Transform raw datasets into clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize business processes.
- Communicate findings and insights to senior leadership through presentations and executive summaries.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
