Responsibilities
- Strategic Data Analysis: Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Query large-scale databases (PostgreSQL, Snowflake) to extract and clean data for analysis.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute rigorous A/B testing frameworks to validate product features and marketing campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Automation: Develop Python scripts to automate repetitive data tasks, increasing team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and BI tools.
- Statistical Analysis: Strong understanding of statistical models and hypothesis testing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical findings into clear, non-technical business recommendations.
