Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop Dashboards: Create interactive and intuitive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Storytelling: Present findings and insights to executive leadership and non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend solutions to improve data accuracy and reporting speed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to define metrics and data requirements for new features.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology or e-commerce sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Expert level knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
