Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to uncover business insights and trends
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Develop automated data pipelines and ETL processes to improve data quality and accessibility
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership with clear, actionable insights
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytical techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Experience building automated data pipelines and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
