Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to uncover trends and insights.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to communicate complex data findings to stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop statistical models to forecast trends and support high-level decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and implement automated solutions to improve productivity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for data accuracy.
