Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize data for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract data from various databases and sources.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboard creation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
