Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize complex data for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting structures.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast business performance.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure data integrity.
- Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong skills in Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Experience creating visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
