Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize data trends and patterns.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis using SQL, Python, and R to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of business initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience with data modeling.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience creating visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
