Responsibilities
- Transform complex datasets into actionable business insights and strategic reports.
- Design and maintain interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize user acquisition.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all reporting systems.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
