Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL Proficiency: Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve data from various databases and perform complex joins and aggregations.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that provide clear insights to the executive team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and recommend automation or optimization strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into simple, actionable business recommendations.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and think critically.
