Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analyses and modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for business stakeholders.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) and compelling reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current reporting processes and implement automated solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying, Python or R for scripting, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems using data.
