Join Central Valley Analytics as a Senior Data Analyst and transform raw data into actionable business intelligence. This role offers hybrid work arrangements with 2 days/week remote flexibility and opportunities to present findings directly to C-suite executives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges using cutting-edge analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities in agricultural supply chains
- Develop predictive models for inventory optimization and demand forecasting
- Create executive-level presentations translating data insights into strategic recommendations
- Maintain and optimize SQL databases for data integrity and performance
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization and statistical analysis
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data sources from multiple platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Strong knowledge of agricultural or healthcare data ecosystems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven business solutions
