Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to identify business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
