Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau and PowerBI to make data accessible to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics for tracking success.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast market trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and establishing robust data quality protocols.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Identify and implement process improvements based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Expertise in Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
