Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and PowerBI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting platforms and databases.
- Communicate complex data findings to executive leadership and non-technical teams in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert level proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or Google BigQuery).
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a high degree of autonomy.
