Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast business trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data cleaning and validation processes.
- Create detailed reports and executive summaries for stakeholders to communicate insights effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
